With over 14 years of property development experience, Perry manages all aspects of Cityview’s development and construction management process for grassroots projects, including due diligence and rights handling, design, budgeting, contracting, construction management, closing and turnover. While at Cityview, Perry oversaw the management of the development and construction of assets for Cityview’s five previous funds.

Perry joined Cityview in 2016 after working at CIM Group as Associate Vice President of Development, overseeing retail, office and mixed-use developments. Prior to that, he worked at Alonzo Construction as a project manager overseeing commercial and residential construction projects.
