CLH, CPAs & Consultants, an accounting and business consulting firm with offices in Michigan City and Valparaiso, recently announced that Kylee J. Fraze Norman, CPA, Senior Manager, will take on the new role of Head of Tax Department.
In his new role, Kylee Fraze Norman oversee the company’s tax software, including the implementation and monitoring of the tax department’s protocol. She will also be responsible for the coordination of staff development and training in the areas of taxation, development of internal processes and compliance with quality control standards.
Tax research will also be an important part of his role, as Fraze Norman will monitor and communicate new tax laws and regulations and their application to tax returns.

Fraze Norman joined CLH, CPA and Consultants initially as Senior Staff Accountant in 2015 and progressed to the position of Senior Manager. Fraze Norman received a BA in Accounting from Purdue University in 2006; she obtained her CPA designation in 2009.
Fraze Norman is also active in several community organizations. She has been Treasurer of the Boys & Girls Club of La Porte County since 2015 and is an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee of Northwest Indiana Association of Powerful Women. In addition, she is a member of AICPA and the Indiana CPA Society.
