Improvement consultancy firm Develop Consulting has launched a recruitment campaign to recruit up to 20 consultants specializing in the healthcare sector.

The new recruitment drive is the largest ever for the consulting firm, which has worked with NHS England for three years, as work in the healthcare sector is expected to increase in the coming months.

The Coventry-based company, which has a background in Lean methodologies, is looking for experienced Lean improvement coaches with a background in healthcare (preferably primary care), to help provide improvement support to physician offices. general practitioners across the country.
