Fauver, Large, Archbald & Spray LLP and the law firm of Dana F. Longo APC announced their merger, combining a powerful business practice with concentrated expertise in trust and estate planning. Complementary firm philosophies enable continued growth while providing clients with a high level of service and transparent access to a wide range of practice areas.

“We have continued to grow our real estate and trusted clientele since our firm was established in 2012 and have built a solid infrastructure that supports growth. With that in place, we believe now is the right time to call on a specialist group to further cultivate this important area of practice, ”said Trevor Large, Managing Partner of FLAS.

Longo’s business will move as Fauver, Large, Archbald, Spray LLP. Both companies and their partners are known and respected locally, having served the Santa Barbara area and central California coast for decades.

“We are a family business serving many local businesses, nonprofits and individuals,” said Longo. “Our lawyer-client relationships are long-standing and deeply rooted in this community. This merger allows us to strengthen our relationships and provide extensive advice to our current and future clients.

Along with FLAS partners, lawyers and staff, Longo shares a history of community engagement. He is the former president of Semana Nautica and a current member of the board of directors. He is also the 2021 Commodore of the Santa Barbara Sea Shell Association, which teaches children to sail.
