John Biggins named CEO of American City Bureau

West Dundee, IL – American City Bureau, the nation’s oldest fundraising consultancy, has announced the promotion of John Biggins to chief executive officer.

Previously, Biggins was President of the 108-year-old fundraising consultancy. This change is part of a larger business succession planning effort and came into effect on January 1, 2022 by the company’s board of directors.

Leslie Biggins Mollsen, former CEO since 2007 and co-owner of ACB, will assume the role of chairman. She will continue to serve on the Board of Directors and will focus on customer relations, sales and corporate promotion.
