ANAHEIM, Calif .- (COMMERCIAL THREAD) -Willdan Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: WLDN) today announced that the company’s board of directors has elected Wanda Reder to the board, effective December 6, 2021. Ms. Reder has also been appointed to serve on the committee appointment and corporate governance and the remuneration committee. With the addition of Ms. Reder, Willdan’s board of directors will have a total of ten members, nine of whom will be independent.

Biography of Wanda Reder:

Ms. Reder has been President and CEO of Grid-X Partners, LLC, a provider of management consulting services to utility companies since 2018. Ms. Reder previously spent 14 years, from 2004 to 2018, with S&C Electric Company, a global supplier of electrical power systems equipment and services, eventually serving as Chief Strategy Officer. Previously, Ms. Reder was Vice President of Asset Management from 2003 to 2004 and from 2001 to 2003 Vice President of Engineering and Systems Planning of Exelon Energy Delivery, a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, a national energy supplier. Additionally, from 2000 to 2001, and in 2004, she was Vice President, Energy Sector of Davies Consulting, Inc., an energy and pharmaceutical management consulting firm. She is currently chair of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Electricity Advisory Board, the National Academy of Engineering Finance Committee, and the Board of Directors and Strategy Committee of TechPro Power Group Inc., a supplier. electrical, instrumentation and control testing.
